Meet Jose
Through my knowledge and experience, I’ll help you quiet your inner critic and learn to motivate yourself from a more nourishing, expansive place, leading to higher quality of life.
This requires a shift away old habits that have outgrown their use.
I used to hide, and protect myself in ways that kept me safe while growing up, but those tactics only limited me as I entered adulthood.
I walked the path you’ve walked, and on my own journey, put down habits that allowed new ways of engaging to take shape.
